Copy Sync Settings Tab

The Copy Sync Settings tab lets you copy all ERP vendor numbers and synchronized contracts from one organization to another.

Navigation

This tab is located on the Assign ERP Values screen. To access this screen, navigate to Contract Synchronization > Assign ERP Values from the left-side navigation pane.

Field Descriptions

The following fields appear on the Copy Sync Settings tab.

Field	Field Description
From Organization	Select the organization you want to copy ERP vendor numbers and synchronized contracts from. Any existing ERP Vendor #s in the To Organization will be overwritten with data from the From Organization.
To Organization	Select the organization you want to copy ERP vendor numbers and synchronized contracts to. Any existing ERP Vendor #s in the To Organization will be overwritten with data from the From Organization.
Copy Sync Settings	Select to copy the sync settings from one organization to another.
