Search for Contract Release Schedules

You may have a lot of contracts scheduled for release. If you need to view, export, or modify contract release schedules, you can narrow down the contracts to view precisely the contracts you need.

To search for contract release schedules:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Bulk Contract Integration.

2. Enter search criteria as needed. The available options are as follows:

   1. Enter an Organization to filter contracts by the organization.

   2. Enter a Vendor to filter contracts by the vendor.

   3. Enter a Source. This is the contract source type.

   4. Enter a contract number in the Contract # field.

   5. Select a Search Type to filter contracts based on the contract number you entered in the Contract # field.

   6. Select a Release Type. The available options are:

      1. All: Returns all contracts.

      2. Scheduled: Returns contracts that have an associated contract release schedule.

      3. Unscheduled: Returns contracts that do not have an associated contract release schedule.

   7. Select a contract release schedule Frequency. This indicates how often the contract is scheduled for release.

3. Select Search. The list of contract release schedules is filtered based on the search criteria you entered.
