What to do when GTINs are not appearing in your ERP system

  1. Check that the MCAT file for the GTIN values were approved.

  2. Make sure that the issuing agency is populated in the MCAT file.

  3. Check that the MCAT file processed.

  4. Check for and resolve item update errors delivered from GHX.

  5. Contact support via support@ghx.com
