Integration History

Integration History shows the history of created and integrated MCAT files. This information includes details about when the files were created and/or sent, and what data the files contained.

Disclaimer: Integration is applicable for Cloud ERP and PeopleSoft. If your organization does not have automated integration, you need to download the MCAT file to update your ERP.

  1. Select Content Management Integration History. A list of the MCAT files GHX sent to your organization opens.

    Tip: Data Connect automatically collapses the left navigation pane to give you more space to work in the right pane. To expand the left pane, select the side arrow expand icon on the left.

  2. Select the link in the MCAT file column. A .txt file opens.

  3. Double click the file to view the contents.

Note: GHX identifies unique records by the provider's data set as a combination of the Buyer Part # and Vendor ID. In the context of Item Recommendations, attributes based on the manufacturer will be organized by the Buyer Part # and Scope. Although the Item Recommendation may show only one entry per Buyer Part #, the MCAT will list multiple vendors according to the approved values. This ensures a comprehensive representation of all vendor options associated with each Buyer Part # in the MCAT.
