Purchase order history (POH) file.

Priority Levels
The four priority levels are based on various criteria, such as whether an item is implantable, on- or off-contract,
and whether the item was previously purchased.
Curation focuses on med/surg items. Other items are out of scope and are not prioritized.
What's Included in a Curated Item
A curated item has, at a minimum, a:

Manufacturer name.

Manufacturer part number.

Supplier name.
-
Supplier part number validated by a trusted supplier source.
It's been enriched with:

UNSPSC.
-
HCPCS status.
-
HCPCS code (if applicable).

Item status.
-
GHX item description.
-
Supplier packaging.
-
And possibly more.
The GHX item description is created by combining:

Noun.
-
Type.
-
Trademark/brand name.
-
At least two of the following attributes:

Age group.
-
Gender.
-
Primary length/width/height.

Secondary length/width/height.
-
Diameter.
-
Volume.
-
Weight.
-
Color.
-
Composition.
-
Ergonomic location.
-
Flavor.
-
Fragrance.
-
Miscellaneous.

Properties.

Size/shape.
-
