My Data Explorer: Curation Status (Curated, Not Available, or In Progress).

Item sources:

Virtual Item Master: IM and POH.

My Data Explorer: IM, IM/POH, IM/POH/CTR, POH, POH/CTR, CTR.

Contract information:

Virtual Item Master: Contract(s) with up to 5 UOM differentiating the contract.

My Data Explorer: Preferred contract with up to 3 UOM, QOE, and landed price.

Data repositories:

Virtual Item Master: Item master, POH, and contract associated to item master and POH.

My Data Explorer: Item master, POH, and contract (mastered*).

*Mastered is GHX matched manufacturer and supplier details.

Data roll up:

Both start with the Item Master list and associate POH to the item master.

Virtual Item Master: Uses facility ID, buyer part number, vendor ID, and vendor part number. If the POH record does not match on all four, the item source will say POH.

My Data Explorer: Uses buyer part number and vendor ID. If the item exists on the item master and the POH, then the item source will say IM/POH.

Contract data displayed:

Both start with an exact and derived match type of logic.

Virtual Item Master: Compares purchase UOM to contract UOM. If there is a match, it will be Contract 1. If no UOM match, it will be Contract 2.

My Data Explorer: Delivers primary contract configured in CCXpert with up to 3 UOM, QOE, and landed price associated to the primary contract.

Show contract items regardless of IM/POH association.
