Workday Integrated Search
Customers that use Workday can configure their Workday tenant to use Data Connect Integrated Search. Integrated Search allows users to search the GHX Catalog and request the creation of new Purchase Items using this data.
The following Integrated Search flow diagrams illustrate the best practice of bringing the Data Connect curated data into the item add process at the very beginning.
Note: How an item add request is started, which task is used to access Integrated Search, and which personnel review the item data provided by Data Connect, are customer specific decisions. Therefore, these diagrams may not illustrate your specific process.
