When you have issues or questions related to configuring or using Integrated Search in your tenant please contact Workday per your normal process.
When you have questions about data values that are returned in Workday Integrated Search, such as a part number or unit of measure (UOM), contact GHX Customer Care using one of the following methods:

Call Customer Care at 800.YOUR.GHX (1-800-968-7449), or

Create a case:

Go to the GHX Customer Care portal:https://ghxcommunity.force.com/community/login

Select Customer Support.

Select Create Case.

Complete the form, making sure to specify that this case relates to Workday Integrated Search.
