Add Address Book Entries

Adding contacts to the Address Book continuously improves your Intelligent Business Rules communications.

  1. Access the Address Book and click the Add New icon at the top.
  2. Complete the fields.

    Note: An email address is required, but contacts do not need to be GHX users.

  3. Click the Add button.
