Delete Mappings in Bulk

When deleting mappings, the best practice recommendation is to disable unused or unwanted item maps prior to permanently deleting them. GHX suggests waiting one to two weeks to ensure orders will not encounter this mapping condition.

The bulk delete action is not enabled by default. If you need to have this feature added to your Intelligent Business Rules product configuration, open a support case with GHX Customer Care. This will create an audit trail for you and the GHX Operations team.

To delete mappings in bulk:

1. Click Manage Mappings. The Manage Mappings page opens.

   

2. Select the mappings you want to delete.

3. Click the Export icon. The spreadsheet containing the selected records opens.

4. Save the spreadsheet.

5. Click the Import icon on the Manage Mappings page. The Import Mappings dialog box opens.

   

6. Click the attach icon.

7. Select the Excel file that contains the mappings to delete and click Open.

8. Select the Delete Matched data option.

9. Click Import. A confirmation message opens.

10. Click Yes. Intelligent Business Rules starts the process.

    Tip: When the deletion import is complete, the status changed to Completed.

11. Click Close.
