Order Volume Analytics

Use this page to monitor utilization rates and trends for your Exchange e-commerce and identify non-integrated partners that you may encourage to automate.

Column	Description
Partner Name	Contains the trading partner name.
Orders Volume Count	Contains the total PO count for the selected time period.
Volume Count Trend, %	Contains the trend of the value in the Orders Volume Count column compared to the prior trend equivalent for the selected time period. For example, when comparing the last week to the prior week, you see that there has been a 10% increase in the PO volume. A green up arrow indicates the volume is increasing. A red down arrow indicates the volume is decreasing.
PO Share for a Partner, %	Contains each trading partners' share of the Total PO Volume for each trading partner for the selected time period. For example, orders from a specific partner equal 57% of all orders.
Total PO Lines	Contains the total number of PO lines for the selected time period.
PO Lines Trend, %	Contains the trend of the value in the Total PO Lines column compared to the prior trend equivalent for the selected time period. This trend is normally in line with the Volume Count Trend %. A green up arrow indicates the number is increasing. A red down arrow indicates the number is decreasing.
Total PO Amount/Spend	Contains the total dollar amount of the order volume for the selected time period.
PO Amount Trend, %	Contains the trend of the value in the Total PO Amount, $ column compared to the prior trend equivalent for the selected time period. A green up arrow indicates the amount is increasing. A red down arrow indicates the amount is decreasing.
Channel, %	Contains PO volume broken out across the following GHX order channels: Email Exchange Exclusion Email G-Fax Note: Only the available channels display. Additional order channels are presented for European customers depending on the locations they support. North American TradingNet customers will also see the TradingNet option.
