View Purchase Order History
You can view full document history to see the actions business rules took on a PO.
- Click Orders. The Orders page opens.
- Click the link in the PO # column. The PO view opens.
- Scroll down to the Full Document History section to view historical information.
Details include:
Column Description Timestamp Identifies the date and time when the action was taken. Line # Identifies the line number on which the action was taken. Source Identifies the source category. Options are:
- Data Cleansing – Changes were introduced via rule sets (such as global rules) executed prior to catalog look-ups and item map updates
- Data Enrichment – Changes were introduced via rule sets that leveraged catalog data
- Item Mapping – Changes were introduced via user-generated maps that corrected various attributes on PO line items for designated trading partners to facilitate catalog validation
- Validation Rules – Changes were introduced via rule sets that parked, stopped, rejected, or split PO documents using conditions such as order type, order channel, buyer organization (all versus a specified customer), and other specific field value criteria
Note: Manager and Customer Administrator level users can click the Validation Rules link to open and edit the rule.
Description Identifies the action taken (for rules) or the name of the person who released or force released the order.
