Exception Management Report

Use the Exception Management report to find trends in your exceptions and identify trends and opportunities to decrease exceptions on future orders. You can view the data by selecting one of the following report views:

• Flagged Purchase Orders Report – Includes POs users marked as Owned or Resolved
• Flagged Exceptions Report – Includes pending exceptions that users marked as Owned or Resolved
• Excluded Exceptions Report – Includes exceptions that are excluded from My Exchange Pending Exceptions reporting
• Exception Summary Report – Includes order exception history by date range and exception types such as Price, UOM, Part Number, Quantity, On Hold, Rejected, Backordered, and Not On PO
