Order Trust
The Order Trust service provides an electronic view within My Exchange Orders of all purchase order acknowledgements (POAs) received, including those from non-automated suppliers.
A purple flag at the order level provides an update regarding the status of a POA. Hover over the flag to see the action that GHX Managed Services is taking on this POA. An example of that status follows.
Price Sync
The Price Sync service loads contracts electronically for maximum visibility, aligns updated contract prices to your item master, and price validates with electronic orders. GHX focuses on contract price alignment and resolving discrepancies with suppliers on the provider's behalf. It verifies that all contracts are loaded electronically into the GHX Exchange, matched with the hospital's item master, and then price validated for electronic orders.
