Send Multiple Items by Email

Use the following steps to send multiple orders, transactions, or invoices in a single email message. An example of the Orders page follows.

  1. Create a filtered search using Quick Clicks or Advanced Search.
  2. Select multiple items by clicking the checkbox to the left of each item in the table or select the checkbox in the table header to include all items in the list.

  3. Click the icon. The Send Email dialog box opens.

  4. Select a column option.
  5. Click Send. The Send Email dialog box opens.

  6. Complete the fields.
  7. Click Send. The application sends an email message to the recipients and includes the detailed information in the body of the message.
