Edit Application Settings

Users with a Customer Administrator role can view and edit their organization's application settings.

Note: GHX establishes most of these parameters during implementation.

  1. Click your user name. A list of options opens.

  2. Select Application Settings. The Application Settings page opens.

  3. Edit your organization's settings.

    Price Precision

    Select the price precision tolerance value that is supported in your organization's MMIS or ERP. This value will be used in Orders and Invoices. Options are:

    • 2 – Displays price as a cent (default)
    • 3 – Rounds to the third decimal place (or a tenth of a cent)
    • 4 – Rounds to the fourth decimal place (or a hundredth of a cent)
    Contract Price Undercharge Filter

    Select whether to auto-filter contract price exception data when the supplier's POA (855) unit price or invoice (810) price is less than the CCXpert contract price validation.

    Auto-refresh interval

    Select how often data refreshes in Orders. Options are:

    • 2 minutes
    • 5 minutes
    • 10 minutes
    • 15 minutes
    • 30 minutes
    • 60 minutes
  4. Click Save.
