Edit Invoices Preferences
You can edit your global preferences in the Orders application. In most cases, the system uses those settings across all My Exchange applications.
- Click the solution selector
icon to open the menu.
- Select Invoices. The Invoices page opens.

Click your user name. A list of options opens.
- Select Preferences. The Preferences page opens.
- Define your preferences.
Options are:
Field Description Default Landing Page Select to display the page you see when clicking Invoices. Options are:
- Dashboard – The Dashboard page opens
- Invoices (Quick Clicks) – The Quick Clicks page opens
Invoice Notification Select to receive notifications per the time frames defined in the Notification mode (for example, immediately, daily, weekly, or monthly). Options are:
- Invoices Summary
- Failed Delivery
- Failed Invoice Country specific validation – To select this option, enable invoice validation in Application Settings
- Failed invoice VAT validation – To select this option, enable invoice validation in Application Settings
- Failed invoice total amount validation – To select this option, enable invoice validation in Application Settings
- Failed invoice duplicate checking validation
- Failed invoice PO matching validation (Without PO)
- Failed invoice PO matching validation (With unknown PO)
- Failed invoice PO matching validation (Lines without PO)
- Failed invoice PO matching validation (Lines with unknown PO)
Invoice Delivery Report Select to receive these per the time frames defined in the Report mode (for example, daily, biweekly, monthly, or yearly). Options are:
- Delivery Summary Report
- Delivery Details Report
- Click Save.
