Flagged Purchase Order Report

Found in REPORTS – Exception Management

Use this report to: This report shows:
  • Find common PO issues and resolutions

  • Discover PO resolutions in progress

  • Identify PO resolution owners

  • See how quickly POs are being noticed and flagged

  • Monitor team effectiveness for PO handling and confirmation

  • Who flagged the PO

  • When the POs were flagged

  • Ownership and resolution comments

  • Elapsed Time - The time between when the POs were sent and when the POs were flagged

Use this report to: This report shows:
  • Find common exceptions and resolutions

  • Discover exception resolutions in progress

  • Identify exception resolution owners

Exception Summary Report

Use this report to: This report shows:
  • Review exception histories

  • Discover exception causes

  • Evaluate purchases commonly associated with exceptions

  • Identify exception trends

  • Find possible solutions to exception issues

  • All order line item exceptions

  • Excluded exceptions

Note: The report does not include exceptions that originate from phone calls or emails

Excluded Exceptions Report

Found in REPORTS – Exception Management

Use this report to: This report shows:
  • Review known discrepancies between your organization and its trading partners

  • “Restore” excluded exceptions

Note: Restoring excluded exceptions returns the exceptions to your Pending Exceptions view where they can be resolved.
  • Exceptions that were excluded

Note: Exceptions are excluded because they are typically discrepancies known between trading partners and were therefore hidden.

Recurring Exceptions Report

  • Evaluate exception frequency

  • Find common exception types

  • Discover the exceptions’ associated trading partners

  • Identify which purchases are commonly associated with exceptions
