Manage Users

Users with the Manage access level in GHX User Management can add and manage users for the GHX software applications that are available through the GHX single sign on portal (for example, My Exchange Orders). See the User Management product help for details about using this application to add and edit user accounts.

The following user roles are available in My Exchange.

User Roles

Role	Description
User	This is the default user role Includes access to My Exchange Orders, Transactions, and Invoices Includes access to the Notifications application, where users can subscribe themselves to specific notifications Does not allow the user to open User Management
Manager	Includes access to My Exchange Orders, Transactions, and Invoices Includes access to the Notifications application, where users can subscribe themselves to specific notifications Includes read-only access to User Management
Customer Administrator	Includes access to My Exchange Orders, Transactions, and Invoices Includes access to the Notifications application, where a customer administrator can subscribe other users to specific notifications Includes access to perform administrative functions in User Management (for example, add and edit users)
Custom roles	Includes roles that your organization creates (optional)
