Download Item Files

Your integration with GHX determines how you download items from NuVia. With the GHX Connect Plus server, you can download items to your MMIS (item master) with a single click. You can also generate a download file for import to your MMIS. The following steps explain how to download an item file for import to your MMIS.

1. Click the Content Mgmt tab.
2. Click Download. The Download screen opens.
3. Click a number link in the Items Awaiting Download section. The items display in the Items to Download section.

   

4. Review the list of items to download
5. Click Download.
6. Click the file link in the Previous Downloads section.

   Note: A download file containing items that are not currently in your item master displays in the Previous Downloads, Adds File column. A download file containing updates to items that are currently in your item master displays in the Previous Downloads, Updates Files column.
