Review & Approve Item Updates

Before you download discerned items to be uploaded to your MMIS, closely review recommended item updates. Use Review & Approval to make decisions about which attributes you want to approve or decline for an item.

During the discernment process, the following item attributes are reviewed and recommended for updates:

  • Vendor Part Number
  • Manufacturer Part Number
  • UNSPSC
  • HCPCS
  • Contract Price
  • Descriptions

Tip: Check the Review and Approval screen at least once a week to ensure that you do not have a large number of pending items.
