Use Filter Panels

Filter panels are on the left side of the screen and can be expanded or collapsed. When applied, filters narrow the data on the screen. Filter panels are available on the following screens:

  • Virtual Item Master
  • Content Management - Review & Approval
  1. Click expand in the Virtual Item Master.

  2. Select or type the desired filter criteria.

    Note: Available filter criteria varies depending on which screen your working in NuVia. Regardless of the screen, complete at least three filter criteria fields to narrow your list of results.

  3. Click Filter. Filter results are in a list to the right of the filters.

    Note: The column header text of filter columns changes to orange.

  • Click Reset in the filter panel, or
  • Click Clear Filters on the list toolbar
