Filter Column Data
Filter the contents of a column in the Spreadsheet View to find specific information or the absence of information. Column filters are available on the following screens:
- Insight - Spend
- Insight - GTIN
- Content Management - Duplicate Resolution
- Content Management - Description Generation - Abbreviations
- Content Management - Description Generation - Abbreviations Analysis
- Content Management - Review & Approval
- Virtual Item Master
- Configuration - Mappings
- User Admin

- Start in the Spreadsheet View.
- Click the header of the column you want to filter.
- Click Filter.
- Type the desired term in the Filter field.
- Click Filter. The column header changes to orange to show the presence of a filter.

- Click the header of the column you want to filter.
- Click Blank to view items that do not have data for this attribute.
- Click Not Blank to view items that do have data for this attribute.

- Click Clear Filters to remove filters from all columns.
- Click the header of a filtered column to clear a single column filter.
- Click Filter.
- Click Clear.
