Generate an UNSPSC Upgrade Report

Generate an upgrade report to know the number of items that require updated UNSPSC if you upgrade to a new UNSPSC version.

1. Click the Configuration tab.
2. Click UNSPSC.

   

3. Look at Current Version to see your current UNSPSC version.
4. Click the Select Version drop-down.

   

5. Click a version in the list.
6. Click Generate Upgrade Report.
7. When prompted, click Open. The document opens in Microsoft Excel.

   

8. Consider the report results.
   Available columns:

   Column	Description
   Total Items Changing	Total number of items that need to be updated
   Total Included Items Changing	Total number of items from your item file/POH that were included in the Virtual Item Master and will need to be updated
   Total Excluded Items Changing	Total number of items from your item file that were excluded in the Virtual Item Master and need to be updated
