Unlock User Accounts
A user's account becomes locked when that user attempts to log into eInvoicing for Providers with an incorrect user name and password combination more than five times. When this occurs, an Admin must unlock the user account by reinstating system access.
- Click the Admin tab.
 - Select a user from the list. The Edit User page opens.
 - Click in the Organization field to display the options and select the organization.
 - Switch your view filter from Active to Suspended or All Statuses and then search by the user's last name.
				

 - Click the user record. The user profile opens.
 - Scroll down and click Reinstate Access
 - Click Save User.
