Perfect Order Rate tab

Use the Perfect Order Rate to measure your organization's performance in respect to supply chain automation and efficiencies across the Exchange. The Perfect Order Rate shows the percent of PO lines sent through the Exchange that are touchless and completely automated from purchase through payment.

The definition of the "perfect order" is that the PO line fulfills all the following criteria:

  • The PO line has a corresponding POA line, and
  • The PO line does not have an item number exception, and
  • The PO line does not have a unit of measure exception, and
  • The PO line does not have a rejection exception, and
  • The PO line does not have a quantity exception
Perfect Order Rate percentage graph

Shows the percentage of perfect orders.

Benchmark percentage graph

Shows the percentage for the selected time period.

Tip: The benchmark is the industry average aggregated from the GHX provider community within the selected time period.

Grade

Shows the perfect order rate as percentile that evenly distribute the community into four equal quadrants. Those quadrants are:

  • A – 76-100 percentile
  • B – 51-75 percentile
  • C – 26-50 percentile
  • D – 0-25 percentile

  • PO Volume – Compares the organization to hospitals with comparable annual spend
  • Bed Count – Compares the organization to like-sized hospital systems
  • Country – Compares the organization to hospital systems within the same country
  • Region – Compares the organization to hospital systems within the same region
Metrics line graphs and benchmark grades

Line graphs measure the supply chain performance and grades for the following metrics:

  • Purchase
  • Price
  • Fill
  • Receive
  • Pay
