View the Perfect Order Dashboard

1. Click Dashboard and select the Exchange option in the How are we tracking to our goals list.
2. Click the Perfect Order Rate card. The Perfect Order Rate tab opens.

   Use this page to view perfect order rate percentages, benchmark grades, and other supply chain performance metrics. See Perfect Order Rate Tabs for field descriptions.

   

3. Select one or more suppliers in the filter list to limit the results (optional). The application changes the numbers and the graphs dynamically as you select filters.
4. Click the Purchase tab to see the percent of PO lines with POA lines, item number exceptions, and unit of measure exceptions.

   

5. Click the Price tab to see the percent of PO lines with unit price exceptions.

   

6. Click the Fill tab to see the percent of PO lines filled on first response, lines that have backorder exceptions, and lines with rejection exceptions.

   

7. Click the Receive tab to see the percent of PO lines with Advance Ship Notice (ASN) lines where the ASN is inaccurate and PO lines that have quantity exceptions.

   

8. Click the Pay tab to see the percent of PO lines with invoice lines and that had a 3-way match (POA, ASN, and invoice).
