Add an Image

As a GHX Procure Case Manager administrator, you can add images to line items to make them more easily identifiable during the requisition process.

Note: The Show Product Images functionality must be enabled on the Facility Settings page in the Admin Module.

  1. Once you identify the item for which you want to include an image, hover over the No Image Available icon. A camera icon will display.

  2. Click the camera icon. A dialog box opens.
  3. Choose Upload an Image or select Image URL.

    Note: Because URLs can change without notice, GHX recommends saving images to your hard drive and then using the Upload an Image functionality.

  4. Click Choose file.
  5. Navigate to the image and select it.
  6. Once the image is displayed in the Image Upload dialog box, click Save.
