GHX Procure Case Manager Overview

GHX Procure Case Manager is a GHX product that enables customers to access their cleansed item data and contract information for the purpose of creating Case requisitions, submitting those requisitions through an approval process, and ultimately creating a Purchase Order.

Note: GHX Procure Case Manager supports supplier sales reps accessing their customer's instance of GHX Procure Case Manager, to create a case / bill only requisition. The supplier rep will be assigned the role Supplier Representative and on login, will only see items relevant to their suppliers. They will then create requisitions similar to other requesters and enter the appropriate case information where necessary. Once submitted, the provider will review the requisition based on the predefined approval workflow set up by their organization.
