Requisition Statuses
Requisition status indicates where the requisition is in the workflow. The following table lists the possible requisition statuses and defines them:

| Processing Approvals | Requester has submitted and requisition is awaiting first approval |
| Under [approver's name] Edit | Requisition is being edited by the current approver |
| Rejected | An approver in the approval workflow has rejected the requisition |
| Canceled | The requester chose to cancel the requisition prior to its passing through the approval workflow |
| Order Requested |
Requisition has been submitted and its approval workflow has been passed Outbound request has been sent No response from third party received |
| Order Processing |
Requisition has been submitted and its approval workflow has been passed. Outbound request has been sent and some response from third party received There are some requisition items in pending status |
| All Lines Processed |
Requisition has been submitted and its approval workflow has been passed Outbound request has been sent and some response from third party received All Requisition items are in their final states (delivered or rejected) |
