GHX Procure Requisition Manager Overview

GHX Procure Requisition Manager is a GHX product that enables customers to access their cleansed item data and contract information for the purpose of creating requisitions, submitting those requisitions through an approval process, and ultimately creating a Purchase or Inventory order.

Note: GHX Procure Requisition Manager supports supplier sales reps accessing their customer's instance of , to create a case / bill only requisition. This functionality is called Case Manager. The supplier rep will be assigned the role Supplier Representative and on log in, will GHX Procure Requisition Manager only see items relevant to their suppliers. They will then create requisitions similar to other requesters and enter the appropriate case information where necessary. Once submitted, the provider will review the requisition based on the predefined approval workflow set up by their organization.
