Search for and Add Items

  1. On the Add Items page, select the type of search you would like to perform.
    • Item Search
    • Search across all lists
    • Search in current list
  2. Insert your cursor in the desired search field and begin typing your search term. Suggestive Search* will bring up items based on what you type. You can search by:
    • Supplier Part Number

    • Manufacturer Part Number

    • Customer item number

    • Short Description

    • Long Description

    • GTIN

    • HIBC (UK and Germany only)

    • PZN (Germany only)

  3. Type or select the desired Quantity. (The default quantity is 1.)
  4. Click Add to Cart.

  5. The Shopping Cart icon will increment with the number of items you add and you will see a confirmation message.

    Note: The icon indicates a "stocked" item. When added to the cart, a stock request will be generated and directed to the inventory clerk to fulfill from your organization's inventory.

  6. Further narrow your results by using these filters in the left pane:
    • My Lists

    • Facility Lists

    • RoundTrip Suppliers (if enabled in Facility settings)

    • Special Request (if enabled in Facility settings)

    • Supplier

    • Manufacturer

    • Product Category

    • Contract Number (only for US and Canada)

    • Brand (only for UK)

    • Sub-brand (only for UK)

    Note: Click to clear all filters and see the full list of catalog items.

*Suggestive Search replaces Wildcard searches.
