Navigate Registration Center
When you log in to Registration Center the Requests page opens to the Pending My Approval list. A list of actions you can take in the application and their results follows.

Click Help and select "G" Menu | Opens a step-by-step guide for selected software solutions |
Click Help and select Create Case Form | Opens a new tab where you can submit support tickets for GHX Customer Care |

Opens the Exchange News dialog box, where you can see GHX Exchange-related partner updates for the previous six months The number in the red circle indicates the number of unread posts. Note: A news post is considered "read" when a user spends more than five seconds on the screen and exist the News window or clicks on a different month's tab. Tip: Users can click the partner name link on the Exchange News dialog box to open the Organization Info dialog box and register a new account with that partner. |

Opens the Messages dialog box The number in the red circle indicates the number of unread messages on accounts. |
Click the special instructions ![]() |
Indicates there are special instructions on a pending approval Note: GHX includes special instructions about accounts and trading partners, when needed. Examples of when these instructions are included are go-live events on the Exchange and when there are pending changes to a trading partner's status. The requester will be support@ghx.com. Special instructions must be read before you can approve or deny a request. |
