No Recent Transactions Report

The No Recent Transactions report includes a list of every account number that has transacted through the Exchange but has not transacted within a specific time period. You can choose from the following date ranges:

• Last 7 Days
• Last 30 Days
• Last Quarter
• Last Year

Accounts on this report are active, have had at least one transaction in the past, but have not had a transaction in the selected time period.

Use the report to identify trading partner accounts that have had little to no activity. This information helps you determine if you should delete an inactive account or if there is a usability issue that you should follow up on with your trading partner.

Tip: This report is most effective when you look at data that is three months old or less.
