Pending First Transaction Report

The Pending First Transaction report contains a list of registered accounts that are pending an initial transaction through the Exchange for one or more business processes.

Use the report to identify the trading partners who have not yet used all their business processes. For example, when a trading partner is able to use ASNs but you have not yet received an ASN from that partner, you will see that account record on this report. This information is useful when there are adoption or utilization issues with specific trading partners.

Accounts with a Pending Effective Enabled status will not show on this report because no business processes are yet enabled. Scroll to the right to view the icons, which identify business processes that are currently enabled for a specific account.

Tip: You should run this report on a weekly basis.
