Edit Buyers' Addresses
Buyers are responsible for keeping their ship to and bill to addresses current. When editing an address for an existing buyer organization, suppliers select the new address from a list. Suppliers cannot create a new address and associate it to a buyer's account. Instead, the buyer organization must have already made the change.
- Click My Accounts. The My Accounts page opens.
- Search for the account and click the link in the Account # column. The Account Details page opens.
- Click the pencil
icon. The Please select address dialog box opens.
- Select the new address from the list and click Select. A confirmation message displays.
Tip: If the new address is not in the list of available addresses, send a message to the buyer asking that the organization make the change. To send a message using the Message feature within Registration Center, open the Account Details page for that organization and click the Message
icon to the right of the Account # field.
