Edit Trading Partner Account Numbers
When you edit an account number, the following occurs:
- The existing account number stays active until: (1) the effective date, and (2) the trading partner has approved the change
- The enabled version of the account stays active and the application displays the account number change in the My Accounts table and in the Account Details
- The new account becomes active when the supplier approves the change and the effective date has passed

- Click a link in the Account # column on the My Accounts or Requests page. The Account Details open.
- Type over the information that is in the Account # field.
- Click Approve with Changes. This adds the Account Number Change
icon to the Request Type column and sends the change request to your trading partner.
