Edit Trading Partner Account Numbers

When you edit an account number, the following occurs:

  • The existing account number stays active until: (1) the effective date, and (2) the trading partner has approved the change
  • The enabled version of the account stays active and the application displays the account number change in the My Accounts table and in the Account Details
  • The new account becomes active when the supplier approves the change and the effective date has passed
