All Suppliers for This Item

The All Suppliers for This Item section lists each supplier that has sold this item at least once across the GHX network within the past 12 months within your geographic area. It also lists any contracts your company has with the supplier for this item. This information is useful because it can help you locate an alternative supplier for an item.

Important: These suppliers are not listed in any particular order. GHX does not endorse any particular supplier.

The All Suppliers for This Item section appears on the Item Details screen. To access this screen, select a Manufacturer Catalog Number or Supplier Catalog Number on the Backordered and At Risk screen or in the All Backordered Products section of the UNSPSC details, GHX Category details, or Supplier Details screens.

Field Descriptions

The following fields appear in the All Suppliers for This Item section.

Field	Field Description
Export	Select to export the list of suppliers. The Export Report window opens. Enter the Report Name. This will be the name of the file you download to your workstation. Select your Export File Type. The available options are: Comma Separated(.csv) Tab Delimited(.txt) Pipe Delimited(.txt) Select Export. A Success message appears, and the report is downloaded to your workstation.
Supplier	Displays the supplier’s name.
Supplier Catalog	Displays the supplier’s catalog number. Hover over the catalog number to view the item description.
Contract	Displays any contracts your company has with the supplier.
Contact UOM	Displays the unit of measure (UOM) associated with the contract.
Contract Price per UOM	Displays the contract price of the item per unit of measure (UOM).
Last Ordered	Displays the date the item was last ordered from the corresponding supplier.
12 Month Quantity Ordered	Displays the number of item ordered in the last 12 months.
Contact Supplier	Select to view the main supplier representative’s contact details. The Contact Details window opens with the following information (as available): Representative’s photo Representative’s name Supplier company name Representative’s email address This contact information is useful for expediting communication.
