Item Overview
The Item Overview section displays general item information, such as the item numbers and descriptions, item image, priority level, last ordered date, backorder information, etc.
Navigation
The Item Overview section appears on the Item Details screen. To access this screen, select a Manufacturer Catalog Number or Supplier Catalog Number on the Backordered and At Risk screen or in the All Backordered Products section of the UNSPSC details, GHX Category details, or Supplier Details screens..
Field Descriptions
The following fields appear in the Item Overview section.

| Manufacturer | Displays the manufacturer’s name. |
| Manufacturer Catalog Number | Displays the manufacturer’s catalog number. |

Buyer Part Number |
Displays the buyer's part number. |
| Contract Number | Displays the contract number the item is associated with. |
| Inventory Priority |
Displays the item’s inventory priority level. |
| Clinical Priority | Displays the item’s clinical priority level. |
| Item Description | Displays the item description. |

UNSPSC Class |
Displays the item’s UNSPSC class. |
|
UNSPSC Commodity |
Displays the item's UNSPSC commodity category. |
| GHX Category | Displays the item's GHX product category. |

HCPCS |
Displays the item's HCPCS code. |
|
Last Order Placed |
Displays the date the item was last ordered. |
| Last Successfully Ordered | Displays the last date the item order was completely fulfilled and on time. |

30 Day Backordered Lines |
Displays the backordered lines percentage (in comparison to all ordered lines) from the last 30 days. It also displays the number of backordered lines in comparison with the number of ordered lines from the last 30 days. |
| 12 Month Qty Ordered | Displays the number of items ordered in the last 12 months. |
|
30 Day Backordered Spend |
Displays the dollar amount of the backordered spend from the last 30 days in comparison with the total spend from the last 30 days. It also displays the backorder spend percentage (in comparison to total ordered item spend) for the last 30 days. |
| 12 Month Spend | Displays the dollar amount of all ordered items from the last 12 months. |
