View Scorecards

Use this page to view a scorecard summary or specifics by transaction, trading partner, or exception.

1. Click the Scorecard icon and select Overview. The Transactions tab on the Scorecard Dashboard opens.

   

2. Filter metrics by organization, time period, and trading partner.

3. Click the Summary tab to view a summary of all key metrics across the Supply Chain Analytics scorecard in a single view.

   

4. Click the Trading Partners tab to view the count of trading partners across each channel that have had volume over the selected time period.

   

5. Click the Exceptions tab to view the volume of exceptions by type.
