View the Perfect Order Rate Dashboard

Use the Perfect Order Rate page to view perfect order rate percentages, benchmark grades, and other supply chain performance metrics including your organization's GHX Supply Chains of Distinction Award ranking.

Tip: When you search and filter your organization's data in ways other than for the community awards (for example, drilling into KPI data), the ranking, badging, and GHX Supply Chains of Distinction Award badge will disappear. To return to the main dashboard and display the community awards, close the KPI page.

1. Click the Perfect Order Rate icon. The Perfect Order Rate page opens.

   Note: To be included in the GHX Supply Chains of Distinction Award rankings, an organization must maintain a monthly average of 200 purchase orders throughout the calendar year.

   

2. Select one or more trading partners in the Organization and Trading Partner lists and select a period of time to limit the results (optional). The numbers and graphs change dynamically as you select filters.
3. Click the Purchase card to see the percent of PO lines with POA lines, item number exceptions, and unit of measure (UOM) exceptions.

   

4. Click the Price card to see the percent of PO lines with unit price exceptions.

   

5. Click the Fill card to see the percent of PO lines filled on first response, lines that have backorder exceptions, and lines with rejection exceptions.

   

6. Click the Receive card to see the percent of PO lines with Advance Ship Notice (ASN) lines where the ASN is inaccurate and PO lines have quantity exceptions.

   

7. Click the Pay card to see the percent of PO lines with invoice lines.
