Disable User Accounts

Disabling a user prevents that user from logging into any GHX application.

1. Click the Users tab. The Users page opens.
2. Click the Click for Stats link in the left pane.
3. Click the Active link in the By Status list in the left pane.
4. Click a link in the User column. The User Details dialog box opens.

   Tip: Alternatively, you can select the checkbox to the left of one or multiple users and click the Disable Users icon.

   

5. Click Actions. A list of actions opens.

   Note: The options vary based on the user's current status.

6. Select Disable User.
7. Click Save.
