Resend a Password Request

Users with the Manage access level can resend a password request to a specific user.

  1. Click the Users tab. The Users page opens.
  2. Search for the specific user.
  3. Click the link in the User column. The User Details dialog box opens.

  4. Click Actions. A list of actions opens.
  5. Select Send Password Reset. A confirmation message opens.
  6. Click OK. The user will have another 48-hour time period in which to respond.
