My Credential Manager: Account Onboarding
The Account Onboarding screen lets you invite reps to accounts (health systems). You can:

Invite one rep to many accounts

Invite many reps to one account
You can also create a new rep and invite them to accounts.
This topic describes each field and action you can take from the Account Onboarding screen.

Add New Rep |
Select to add a new rep. The following fields appear:

Search Term |
Enter a search term and indicate the search criteria. Search criteria includes:

Select the rep you want to invite to an account. |
First Name | Displays the rep’s first name. |
Last Name |
Displays the rep’s last name. |
Displays the rep’s email address. | |

Search By |
Select how you want to search for accounts (health systems). The available options are:

This field name differs depending on your Search By selection.

Select | Select the accounts (health systems) you want to invite the rep to. |
Account |
Displays the name of the account (health system). |
Add to Invitee List | Select the invite the selected rep to the selected accounts (health systems). |
Invitee List |

Select the invitations you want to send. This field appears after you select Add to Invitee List. |
Rep Name |
Displays the rep’s first and last name. This field appears after you select Add to Invitee List. |
Email Address |
Displays the rep’s email address. This field appears after you select Add to Invitee List. |
Account Name |
Displays the account (health system) the rep is being invited to. This field appears after you select Add to Invitee List. |
Action |
Indicates the action that will be taken. The available action is Invite. This field appears after you select Add to Invitee List. |
Status |
Indicates whether the invitation has been sent.
This field appears after you select Add to Invitee List. |
Send Invitations |
Select to send out the selected invitations. This field appears after you select Add to Invitee List. |
Clear |
Select the clear the invitations list. This field appears after you select Send Invitations. |
Account Onboarding Screen Actions
Add a New Rep

Navigate to Manage Reps > Account Onboarding.

The Invite Reps screen appears. Select Add New Rep.

Multiple fields appear. Fill out the following fields:

First Name

Last Name
-
Email
-
Phone
-

A list of accounts (health systems) appears. Select the account or accounts you want the rep to be associated with.

Select Add to Invitee List. The Invitee List section appears.

Invite more reps to accounts if necessary. Refer to Invite One Rep to Many Accounts and Invite Many Reps to One Account for more information.

Select Send Invitations. The invitations are sent to the rep, and a Success message appears. A copy of the invitations is emailed to the logged in user.
Invite One Rep to Many Accounts

Navigate to Manage Reps > Account Onboarding.

Select the rep you want to invite to the accounts. You can enter search criteria to filter the reps.

A list of accounts (health systems) appears. Select the accounts you want to invite the rep to.

Select Add to Invitee List. The Invitee List section appears.

Repeat Steps 2 – 4 as necessary.

Select Send Invitations. The invitations are sent to the rep, and a Success message appears. A copy of the invitations is emailed to the logged in user.
Invite Many Reps to One Account

Navigate to Manage Reps > Account Onboarding.

Select the account (health system) you want to invite to invite reps to. You can enter search criteria to filter the reps.

A list of reps appears. Select the reps you want to invite to the account.

Select Add to Invitee List. The Invitee List section appears.

Repeat Steps 2 – 4 as necessary.

Select Send Invitations. The invitations are sent to the rep, and a Success message appears. A copy of the invitations is emailed to the logged in user.
