My Credential Manager: Admin View Dashboard

The Admin view of the Home Dashboard delivers clear, actionable insights to help you monitor compliance and rep activities across health systems.

Credentialing Add-Ons Select View Credentialing Add-Ons to explore additional tools designed to help simplify the fulfillment of common requirements, such as immunizations and criminal background checks. These optional add-ons can be purchased separately to help streamline compliance and enhance the overall credentialing process for your team.
Expand Your Reach Select Register to add a new account (health system).
Account Search

Enter a health system, health system location, city, or state to view matching accounts (health systems). Suggestions are automatically populated as you type. Once you enter an account, additional fields appear:

  • Account Name: Displays the account (health system) name.

  • Locations: Select to view locations associated with the health system.

  • Favorites: Select the Favorites star to favorite a health system.

  • Registered: Indicates the health system is registered. Select to view the Account Details for screen for the health system.

  • Not Registered: Indicates the health system is not registered. Select to view the Account Details for screen for the health system so you can complete the account registration.

  • Resume: Indicates the health system registration has begun but is not completed. Select to view the Account Details for screen for the health system so you can continue the account registration.

Accounts

Displays an at-a-glance look at your reps’ account relationships. You can view information for rep Compliance or rep Registration.

Hover over any point in the graph to view the number of rep account relationships in the corresponding status.

Select any point in the graph or any status in the graph legend to open the My Reps screen. This screen displays information about the reps in the status you selected.

Badging Insights

Displays a quick comparison of the number of reps who have vs. have not badged in within a specific time period.

Select a time period to view badging information for a specified time period. The available time periods are:

  • 1W: One week

  • 1M: One month

  • 6M: Six months

12M: Twelve months

Hover over any point in the graph to view the number of reps who have or have not badged in within the specified time period, depending on which part of the graph you hover over.

Select any point in the graph or a badging status in the graph legend to open the BADGING INSIGHTS window. This window displays details for the selected badging status. Displayed information includes:

  • Total Number of Records

  • Last Name

  • First Name

  • Email

  • Profile Status

Badging Activity

Displays information about rep badging activity. This includes the number of times reps have badged in and whether they were successful, were given a warning, or denied.

Select a time period to view badging activity for a specified time period. The available time periods are:

  • 7D: Seven days

  • 28D: Twenty-eight days

  • 6M: Six months

  • 12M: Twelve months

Hover over any point in the graph to view the number of times reps have badged in and the corresponding status of the badging activity. Statuses are:

  • Success: Indicates the rep was compliant and able to print a badge.

  • Warning: Indicates the rep was not compliant but was able to print a badge. This is a warning that the rep needs to become compliant.

  • Denied: Indicates the rep was not compliant and was not able to print a badge.

Note: Compliance is based on health system requirements, such as having specific documents, acknowledging certain policies, making appointments in Vendormate, etc.

Select a bar graph to open the BADGING ACTIVITY window. This window displays details for the selected badging activity. Displayed information includes:

  • Date range

  • Badging activity status

  • Total Number of Records

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Date and time of Sign-In

  • Date and time of Sign-Out

  • Event Type. This describes how the rep’s badge was printed; the available options are:

    • Printed on site

    • Print Remotely. This status is defunct.

    • Sign-In Event. This means the rep’s badge was denied and the badge was not printed.

    • Guest Pass

    • Digitally Printed. This means the badge was printed using the mobile app. Only certain health systems allow this.

    • Badge Printed

  • Department

  • Sign-in Location

  • Purpose of Visit

  • Contact

  • Message

Select a badging activity status in the graph legend to hide/revel badging activity on the graph.
