My Credential Manager: My Reps
The My Reps screen contains a list of your company’s reps. On this screen you can manage reps, purchase packages/add-on courses, etc. Additionally, you can manage multiple associated FEINs for your company, which you can see by selecting Associated Companies at the top-left of the table.
This screen contains two tabs:

View by Rep. This section lets you view each rep associated with your company; from there, you can view the health systems the rep is associated with.

View by Health System. This section lets you view each health system; from there, you can view the reps associated with the health system.
This topic describes each field and action you can take from the My Reps screen.
View by Rep
The View by Rep tab lets you view each rep associated with your company. On this screen you can view rep details, upgrade service packages, buy training courses, view payment receipts, or delete rep.
Select any rep name to see who they are and open their profile. You can select the View Health Systems link to see the accounts they are registered with and the status of the registrations.

Last Name | Displays the rep’s last name. Select the rep’s last name to view the Contact & Personal Information screen for the rep. |
First Name | Displays the rep’s first name. Select the rep’s first name to view the Contact & Personal Information screen for the rep. |
Displays the rep’s email address. Select the rep’s email address to email the rep. Your email application is launched, and the rep’s email address is automatically filled into the email. | |
Company Name |
Displays the company the rep is associated with. Select the company to view the Company Information screen for the company. |
# of Registered Health Systems |
Displays the number of registered health systems the rep is associated with. Select View Health Systems to open the Access Rep Accounts dropdown. |
Access Rep Accounts
The Access Rep Accounts section opens when you select View Health Systems in the View by Rep section. The Access Rep Accounts section lets you view each health system the rep is associated with, their access status for each of the health systems, and their registration status for each of the health systems.

Last Name |

Active Accounts |
Indicates whether active or inactive accounts (health systems) are displayed. These are accounts (health systems) the rep is associated with.

Health System Name |
Displays the name of the health system the rep is associated with. Select the health system to view the Rep Account Details for screen. This screen displays the rep account details for the selected health system. |
Actions |
Select to take action on the health system. The available actions are:

Access Status |
Displays the rep’s access status for the health system. Updates to Documents & Policies impact your rep Access Status and may take up to 24 hours to be reflected.

Registration |
Displays the rep’s registration status for the health system. Not all Network Registration Requests impact access status to a facility, as these requests originate from other supply chain needs.
Select a status to view the Rep Account Details for screen. This screen displays the rep account details for the selected health system. |
View by Health System
The View by Health System tab lets you view each health system and the number of reps assigned to those systems. You can select the View Rep/Reps link to see each rep associated with the health system and their compliance status.
Field | Field Description |

Company Tax ID | Displays the company the health systems are associated with. If you have access to more than one company, you can select a new company in the dropdown to view health systems associated with a different company. |
Health System | Displays the name of the health system. |
# of Registered Reps |
Displays the number of reps registered to the health system. Select View Reps to open the health system rep dropdown list. |
Health System Rep Dropdown List
The health system rep dropdown list opens when you select View Rep/Reps on the View by Health System section. The health system rep dropdown list lets you view each rep associated to the health system and their compliance status for that health system.

My Reps Screen Actions
Upgrade a Rep’s Service Package

Navigate to Manage Reps > My Reps.

The View by Rep tab appears. Locate the rep you want to upgrade the service package for.

Select Actions > Upgrade Service Package.

The Upgrade Service Package window opens. The rep’s current service package and all service packages they are eligible for are displayed. Review the rep’s current service package and determine the service package you would like to upgrade them to.
Note: Refer to Choose a Service Package for more information on package levels. -
Select Purchase [Service Package].

The Acknowledgments and Card Selection screen opens. Read and select each acknowledgment checkbox.

Select Personal Primary Card to pay with your preexisting primary credit card or select Pay using another card to pay with a different credit card.

Select Checkout. The upgraded service package is purchased. You will receive a receipt and the rep will receive an email notification that the package was purchased for them.
Buy Training Courses for a Rep
Important: Admins cannot complete training courses for reps.

Navigate to Manage Reps > My Reps.

The View by Rep tab appears. Locate the rep you want to buy a training course for.

Select Actions > Buy Training Courses.

The Buy Training Courses window appears. Review the list of training courses available for purchase.

Select Purchase Course Now for the course you want to purchase.

Select Checkout. The training course is purchased. You will receive a receipt and the rep will receive an email notification that the training course was purchased for them.
View Payment Receipts for a Rep
To view payment receipts for a rep from the View by Rep tab:

Navigate to Manage Reps > My Reps.

The View by Rep tab appears. Locate the rep with the payment receipt you want to view.

Select Actions > Payment Receipt.

The Payment Receipts screen opens. Locate the payment receipt you want to view.

Select View Receipt.

The Payment Receipt window opens. In this window you can:

View the receipt.

Download the receipt.

Email the receipt.

To view payment receipts from the Access Rep Accounts dropdown:

Navigate to Manage Reps > My Reps.

The View by Rep tab appears. Locate the rep with the payment receipt you want to view.

Select View Health System. The Access Rep Accounts dropdown appears.

Select View Receipt.

The Payment Receipt window opens. In this window you can:

View the receipt.

Download the receipt.

Email the receipt.

Delete a Rep
To delete a rep from the View by Rep tab:

Navigate to Manage Reps > My Reps.

The View by Rep tab appears. Locate the rep you want to delete.

Select Actions > Delete Rep.

The Delete Rep window opens. Select Delete. The rep is deleted.
To delete a rep from the Access Rep Accounts dropdown:

Navigate to Manage Reps > My Reps.

The View by Rep tab appears. Locate the rep you want to delete.

Select View Health System. The Access Rep Accounts dropdown appears.

Select Delete Rep.
-
The Delete Rep window opens. Select Delete. The rep is deleted.
View Locations Associated With a Health System

Navigate to Manage Reps > My Reps.

The View by Rep tab appears. Locate the rep associated with the health system you want to view locations for.

Select View Health System. The Access Rep Accounts dropdown appears.

Locate the health system you want to view locations for.

Select Actions > View Locations. A window opens with a list of locations associated with the health system.
View a Rep's Access Status

Navigate to Manage Reps > My Reps.

The View by Rep tab appears. Locate the rep associated with the health system you want to view access status for.

Select View Health System. The Access Rep Accounts dropdown appears.

Locate the health system you want to view access status for.

Select Actions > View Access Status.

The Prepare for your visit screen appears. Fill out the information on the screen.

Select View Access Status. This lets you simulate your ability to print a badge prior to visiting a customer. This is not a guarantee you will be able to print a badge at your customer's location/department; changes may occur to policies and required documents between now and your visit.
Inactivate an Account

Navigate to Manage Reps > My Reps.

The View by Rep tab appears. Locate the rep associated with the account you want to inactivate.

Select View Health System. The Access Rep Accounts dropdown appears.

Locate the health system you want to inactivate.

Select Actions > Inactivate Account.
-
The Inactivate Account window opens. Select Yes. The account is inactivated.
