Upload Documents

Note: Health systems have a variety of policies and requirements, especially in regards to flu, COVID, and other vaccination documents. Seasonal requirements add even more complexity. Vendormate Credentialing helps keep this wide array organized for you. If you are being asked to load a document/ seeing a FAIL status, please follow the steps below to ensure that you comply with the health systems' requirements.

  1. Click Accounts.

  2. Click the FAIL status in the Access Status column for the desired health system. The health system details page opens.

  3. Click Upload for the missing document. The Upload Document caution statement opens.

  4. Click Continue, complete the required fields, and save the document.

  5. Click Browse. Find and select the document you saved in the above step.

  6. Click Save.
