Edit Preferences

You can edit certain global preferences for viewing and notifications.

1. Point to your user name to open a list of options.
2. Select Preferences. The Preferences page opens.

   

3. Define your preferences.
   Options are:

   Setting	Options
   Default Landing Page	Select the page that displays when opening the application. Options are: Dashboard – Select to open the Invoice Analytics page when opening the application Invoices (Quick Clicks) – Select to open the Quick Clicks tab on the Invoices page when opening the application
   Display option	Select an invoice display option. Options are: Combined – Shows all invoices in order based on the date received eInvoicing Suppliers – Shows invoices grouped by eInvoicing-subscribed suppliers Supplier Specific – Shows invoices from a specific supplier that you select from a list
4. Click Save.
