View Electronic Invoices

Invoices are available to view using different methods, depending on your organization's system configuration and based on the type of include (examples are PDF, ZUGFeRD, and rendered images). The following is a list of available invoice delivery and viewing methods:

• GHX My Exchange – My Exchange users click the Invoices tab in the My Exchange application. This method is available for customers that are integrated into the GHX community and that use EDI.
• GHX Portal – eInvoicing application users view invoices directly in the application. Unread invoices are shown alongside EDI invoices. eInvoicing sends an email message to users notifying them that an invoice is available for viewing.
• Email delivery, automated – eInvoicing delivers all invoices to the trading partner as attachments to email messages. These attachments can be encrypted, based on the organization's configuration settings. Suppliers use this method for customers that are not currently a part of the GHX community and that do not have EDI capabilities.
• Email delivery, manual – eInvoicing includes an option for suppliers to manually send a specific invoice's details to a customer by clicking an email icon. Suppliers use this method when customers are not currently a part of the GHX community and they do not have EDI capabilities or when they need to quickly resend an invoice to a customer.
