If you have questions not covered in this guide, or need a solution to an issue preventing smooth daily operations, you may access GHX Customer Support contact information from any screen in the application to submit questions or to report issues. Contact the team using the following communication methods:
- Send an email to epay.support@ghx.com, or
- Telephone 1-888-392-5401 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM [Central Time], Monday through Friday), or
- Go to the ePay home page and complete a service ticket by clicking Help > Open a Customer Service Ticket
